  1. I must say that this was my favourite week since I've started HOLLYWOOD SPY here on Blogger, because we had so many lovely news from the world of epic fantasy and historical shows: GAME OF THRONES, LEGEND OF THE SEEKER, MERLIN .... what else could you want :)))

And if we could somehow manage to get a sneak peek of Cate Blanchett as Maid Marian in the upcoming ROBIN HOOD, it would be like a cherry on the top of an ice cream cake :))

  2. True. We have an unusual amount of fantasy on TV. :) Good time. :))

Now that I think of it, Merlin kinda reminds me of Smallville. :) Both have established heroes/characters in their "young years", and both have the main character concealing his true identity and powers.

  3. With the only difference being that Merlin is a few hundred years older :) and a few hundred smiles more fun and interesting than Smallville :PPP

What is interesting is that, beside her being the most resented and hated character in the show (I've seen the actress being trashed in numerous fan forums), and beside causing the biggest disappointment among the viewers and fans, Gwen is not only coming back to the second season but will also have kissing scenes with Arthur.
I must admit she's the only one who is ruining the show for me too :((

  4. Yes, Merlin has better humor than Smallville (and is generally better). Smallville has some humor too, but Merlin has more charizmatic cast. :)
